CAS Card with Water Coloring !!

Hello everyone,

Today again I have a CAS card designed 

for the challenge below  

 August Challenges - Week #3 - Gayatri Murali

I love painting but I am not perfectionist to paint

 anything on paper directly 

but still I tried to design this card without using any stamps or other tools.

I used distress ink colors and paint brush to design flowers, leaves and everything else ;)

I just loved whatever I did :)

This is my very first time to make such card by directly painting on paper

It may not be that much perfect but still I wanted to post it here and

 wanted to share it in the challenge above :)

First I stamped flowers and leaves and 

then colored background with Distress inks and paint brush.

I used few distress ink colors with blending effect and stamped butterflies

CAS card for a challenge!!!!!!!!

Today I have a cool card to share with you.

I designed this for below challenge

its going on Deepti's blog.

You just have to get inspired by the below image.

 

So I inspired by those random black lines and 

vertical color strips on right side of the image ;)

It was really a fun to design this card with such interesting inspirational image :)

CAS cards with magic of Distress inks!!!

Hello,

Today I have two CAS Thank You cards to share with you :)

 Distress ink is the most important part in both the cards.

So lets see one by one :)

This is first one with Blue and Yellow combination.

I have used Salty Ocean & Mustard Seed distress ink colors.

 First I colored a paper with salty ocean color with ink applicator and then using coloring brush stared to apply water drops from top of the paper and 
allowed to flow to the end , 

you can apply a little same colored ink to water.

To get those colored yellow strips I cut paper strips of same size and then colored them with ink applicator from high opacity to low opacity with Mustard seed

Pink and white roses are ready made and 
butterflies are stamped. 
For the sentiment I used ready made alphabet letters.

So this is all about first one :)

Ok, now lets move to second card :)

I used Pink card stock above it white card stock designed with stamping and 

light greenish pattern paper 

Sentiment is hand written,

butterflies are stamped and flower is handmade :)

So I think this much is enough for today.

I just tried to explain how I designed above cards in my way,

CAS Thank You !!!

Hey guys,

I am back with one more CAS Thank You card :)

I have used my new flower stamp set,

 those flowers are first stamped with black ink

 then hand cut and after that colored with

 pointed sketch pens.

Butterfly is just stamped and hand cut.

And its all the magic of Distress inks 

I just love to play with it ;)
